Who processes your data
AEH Web Services processes the details you provide through the enquiry form, WhatsApp or by phone. No other party contacts you on our behalf.
What you provide
Through the form: your name and WhatsApp number, and optionally your business name, budget indication and how you found us, plus your description of what the website has to do.
What we use it for
Solely to respond to your request and produce a quote. Your details are not sold and are not used for newsletters you did not sign up for.
How a request reaches us
A submitted request is forwarded as a message to a private Telegram channel read only by AEH Web Services. If that message does not arrive, you are told so directly rather than shown a confirmation.
Statistics
The website uses Google Analytics to see which pages are visited. When a request is sent, only a reference number, the page, the language, the selected package and a coarse source category are passed on. Your name, WhatsApp number and message text are never sent to Analytics.
How long we keep it
Requests are kept as long as needed to handle your question and, where an engagement follows, as long as the statutory record-keeping period requires.
Your rights
You can ask at any time what data we hold about you, have it corrected, or have it deleted. Send a message through the contact form.
